Acceptable Use Content Policy
PlaybookUX provides a platform that allows customers to present digital assets (“Assets”) to individuals (“Participants” or “Testers”).
Customers should provide clear and transparent descriptions of the Content that participants will encounter through the PlaybookUX Platform to prevent any discomfort or distress. PlaybookUX reserves the right to promptly remove any Content or suspend any assets that violates this Content Policy.
Security and Privacy
We are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of our Customers and Participants. PlaybookUX aims to prevent any deceptive practices, fraudulent activities, or malicious behavior within the platform.
– We will remove any Studies or Projects that attempt to collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, credit card details, passwords, or other types of Sensitive PII.
– Any content that discloses personal information without consent will be removed immediately.
– Content intended to deceive, mislead, or cause harm—such as phishing attempts or links to malicious websites—will not be tolerated.
– PlaybookUX is not to be used to artificially manipulate website rankings, inflate customer lists, or create clickbait. We also prohibit the creation of unsolicited emails in violation of relevant legislation, such as the CAN-SPAM Act.
Intellectual Property
PlaybookUX respects intellectual property rights and prohibits any content that infringes upon patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property protections. This includes violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or similar laws.
We also prohibit any form of impersonation, misrepresentation of identity, or false affiliation with individuals or organizations. PlaybookUX reserves the right to remove any content that compromises the integrity of the platform or the reputation of PlaybookUX as a company.
Nudity and Sexual Content
While we acknowledge that certain types of content may contain nudity or sexual themes for specific purposes, PlaybookUX discourages the inclusion of such materials unless they are relevant to the project.
– We prohibit gratuitous graphic violence or pornography.
– If your project includes content that may be considered offensive, we recommend including a clear warning screen before the content is displayed.
– We do not allow content that promotes or depicts sexual violence, exploitation, or abuse, particularly involving minors. Any such content will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
Graphic Content
We understand that some topics, such as human rights issues, may require the inclusion of graphic content. However, we recognize that different individuals have varying sensitivities to such material.
– We recommend that any projects containing graphic or violent content include a prominent warning label to alert participants beforehand.
– Content that glorifies violence, encourages harm, or celebrates suffering will be removed.
– Any content that promotes violent criminal organizations or incites harm to others will be immediately removed, and appropriate action will be taken, including working with law enforcement if necessary.
Hate Speech, Bullying, and Harassment
PlaybookUX is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. We do not tolerate hate speech, bullying, or harassment of any kind.
– We will remove content that degrades, shames, or threatens individuals, including any form of discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected categories under applicable law.
– Any content promoting self-harm, bullying, or harassment will be removed, and accounts may be suspended.
– We also prohibit the use of the platform for organizing or inciting violence, harassment, or damage to property.
Suicide and Self-Injury Content
We do not permit content that encourages suicide or self-injury, except where the platform is used to test sites providing resources for assisted suicide in jurisdictions where such services are legal.
